**Credit Controller**

Fountain Fresh is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fountain Group Ltd, one of the UK’s leading food processing companies.

Reporting into the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for Credit Control, managing an annual sales ledger of £60m across two ledgers. Applicants will ideally have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with good computer competency along with the ability to develop a good rapport with customers and interact with other Senior members within the business is also a key part of the role.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Maintenance of credit accounts.
- Sending up to date statements and chasing overdue accounts.
- Keeping customers to agreement credit terms (days) and overall credit limit.
- Deal with invoice and credit note queries through account salesperson.
- Credit limit setting for new customers and agreeing with credit insurance company.
- Regular reviews of limits with up to date information from credit agencies.
- Placing accounts on hold as required and making appropriate people aware.
- Weekly report to Directors on current position of ledgers.
- Department support for data entry and other duties as required.
