Insurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, directing them to the relevant team member, and greeting visitors to the office.
- Support customers by booking review meetings and contacting them to address their insurance requirements effectively.
- Manage stock and order marketing and business stationery, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to excel.
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring that important correspondence is promptly processed and delivered.
- Assist the New Business and Marketing team by organizing external events and maintaining social media accounts.
- Support the Agency Manager in coordinating internal events and training sessions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Carry out credit control processes, including customer payments and processing refund requests within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with the Administration Team, providing cover for absences or high workloads as needed.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
