## Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are collaborating with a Specialist School in Lincolnshire that supports pupils aged years old with SEMH needs. The school values making a difference in young people's lives by providing a high quality and engaging learning environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students.
* Work with pupils with challenging behaviour and defuse situations.
* Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members.
* Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence.
* Supervise children over break and lunch periods.
* Be able to handle difficult situations by remain calm.
