About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 2D/3D Design Professional to join our dynamic projects team at Glencourt Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative 2D and 3D designs for retail displays, developing presentation decks, and working closely with our projects team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop 2D and 3D visualizations for retail displays, including concept development, design creation, and presentation.
  • Develop presentation decks and artwork approval documents using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Collaborate with the projects team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to clients and colleagues, incorporating feedback and making necessary amends to meet client expectations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in 2D/3D design, preferably in the POS or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, ideally using Sketchup and Vray or similar 3D Creative software.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of technical drawings and brand guidelines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D work, particularly in retail design environments.
