Linen Porter Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Linen Porter. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of linen quality and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain linen control reports and records, identifying any discrepancies or linen abuse.
- Work to daily schedules, ensuring that all linen is counted correctly and that the C&B department has the necessary linen stocks.
- Ensure the security of linen room keys and the linen room while on duty.
- Assist guests and display excellent customer care and social skills.
- Deal with guest complaints or compliments, referring to senior management as needed.
- Work in cooperation with other staff and management, attending hotel and departmental training sessions as instructed.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
- Passionate and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to make our guests smile.
- Genuine friendliness and caring nature.
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and grooming standards.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
