Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the centre by delivering exceptional operational support.
- Prepare areas and equipment for various events and activities as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment, promptly reporting any issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Manage daily operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness, security, and customer oversight are maintained.
- Ensure all equipment is utilized safely and is in optimal condition for customer use.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently throughout the facility.
- Promote the centre positively to encourage customer retention and attract new visitors.
