Hours: 33 hours over 5 days

Schedule:

  1. Sunday - 05:00 to 12:00
  2. Monday - 05:00 to 12:00
  3. Tuesday - Day off
  4. Wednesday - Day off
  5. Thursday - 05:00 to 12:00
  6. Friday - 05:00 to 12:00
  7. Saturday - 05:00 to 12:30
About the Role

We're seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the cleaning team at Sainsbury's Penrith store. As In-Store Cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the store's facilities are maintained to a high standard, while also supporting the team in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the cleaning team, as well as planning their rotas and work patterns. You'll also be responsible for completing timesheets and ensuring the team is paid correctly. Additionally, you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing the store's cleaning priorities, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience as a team leader or manager in a fast-paced retail environment, with a background in cleaning and facilities management. You'll also need to have experience with stock management, time recording, and employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
