About the Role
We are seeking an experienced team manager to lead our cleaning team at Sainsbury's store. As an In-Store Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team, planning their rotas, and ensuring they deliver a high-quality cleaning service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with recruiting and training the cleaning team
- Plan and manage the team's work patterns and rotas
- Complete timesheets for the team members
- Monitor and manage the team's performance, including stock management and time recording
- Deal with employee relations matters, such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a team manager in a fast-paced retail environment, with a background in cleaning and stock management. You will be able to lead and motivate a team, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
