Job Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Revenue Management Specialist to join their expanding global finance department. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the accounting and reporting processes, serving as a business partner for the broader business teams.
About the Role
- Lead and develop the revenue management function of the finance department
- Serve as a business partner and provide ongoing support to our customer-facing teams
- Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process according to US GAAP
- Review and analyze agreements with customers and partners to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC-606) and other accounting standards or internal policies are met
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze various reports supporting business needs
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance current workflows and procedures internally, and in conjunction with other departments
- Drive system enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize processes
- Take part in implementing and communicating new finance policies
Your Experience and Skills
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably from large software companies (SAAS)
- Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with Big-4 experience
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 in specific
- Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and at various levels within a company
- Ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, hands-on, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience
- Knowledge in BI tools
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Oracle-NetSuite and Salesforce
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
