Job Summary:
Nexus ERP is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for meeting and registering new applicants, organizing and carrying out viewings, maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, and negotiating offers received.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and register new applicants to rent properties
- Organize and conduct viewings of rental properties
- Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants to ensure a smooth rental process
- Negotiate offers received from potential tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings or a related field is essential
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- A full UK driving license and car ownership is required for this role
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with the option to work a Saturday in lieu of a weekday.
