Residential Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing properties, matching applicants with available properties, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings and match applicants with suitable properties.
- Manage properties from let agreed to move-in, ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance documents are in place.
- Maintain a pipeline of approximately 15 lets per month, demonstrating excellent customer engagement and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong customer service background.
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
