Lettings Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team in Erdington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing properties, matching applicants with available properties, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings and match applicants with suitable properties.
  • Manage properties from let agreed to move-in, ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance documents are in place.
  • Maintain a pipeline of approximately 15 lets per month, demonstrating excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both applicants and landlords.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business.
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Resilient, positive, and organized, with excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
