Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of healthcare and group risk schemes across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with clients and insurers to process rebrokes, renewals, claims underwriting, and negotiate preferred terms.
- Draft recommendation reports and provide high-quality administration support to the team, consultants, and Managing Director.
- Work collaboratively with the team to expand and retain existing clients and develop new business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a group risk role.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Industry exams such as GR1 desirable but not essential.
