Job Summary:

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Inverness. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Develop detailed project proposals, including budget estimates and timelines.
  3. Create comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and resource requirements.
  4. Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  5. Identify potential project risks and develop robust risk mitigation strategies.
  6. Review and approve engineering design documents, specifications, and technical drawings.
  7. Provide technical guidance to project teams as needed.

Requirements:

  1. An Electrical Engineer/Electronic Engineer/Control Systems Engineer/Mechatronics degree or equivalent experience with a recognized Apprenticeship.
  2. Demonstrable experience delivering EC&I projects to a high standard.
  3. IOSH Managing Safely, ECS H&S card, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid.
  4. Hands-on design experience in electrical control panel design.
  5. Proficiency in project management software, i.e., MS Project or Primavera.
