Executive Vice President of Business Development

ERT is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Business Development to lead our pursuit of high-priority opportunities and drive the development of differentiated solutions. As a key member of our growth function, you will be responsible for building in-depth understanding of client needs, driving the development of winning teams, and ensuring the company takes full advantage of its strong pipeline and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead capture plans for $100M+ new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary interface with clients for target capture opportunities.
- Plan, lead, and support client engagement activities, including developing and refining our understanding of client needs and priorities.
- Lead the development of proposal win themes and differentiated technical solutions.
- Mentor business development, program management, and technical staff in best practices for business development and capture.
- Contribute to the continual refinement of ERT's capture playbook.
- 15 years of experience with demonstrated success in leading capture for $100M+ opportunities.
- Proven ability to educate and influence Federal clients regarding procurement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and provide leadership within the workplace.
- Experience and successful record of developing capture plans and teams for new business opportunities.
- Ability to pass background checks necessary to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Education:BS degree or equivalent in engineering, information technology, math, physics, physical science, or other technical discipline. MBA or MS in technical or management discipline preferred.
