Director, IT Project Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team at Undisclosed. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex divestiture projects, executing requirements gathering and design, project planning, resource allocation, and project or program delivery aligned with best practices and company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Manage relationships with major stakeholder groups, including project sponsors, executives, IT leaders, and sub-functions within IT, as well as the Project Board.
- Perform budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management.
- Manage project resources and track actuals, such as spending and labor.
- Orchestrate the work of the entire project team.
- Prepare presentations, plans, and project artifacts to communicate IT project information.
- Act as a facilitator for constructive meetings related to a project.
- Guide and support communications and organizational change management.
- Proficient in Project Management tools, such as MS Project, or similar project tools.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web browsers.
- Knowledgeable about SAP.
- Ability to research and analyze data effectively.
- Demonstrates a high level of stakeholder management and communication skills, with an aptitude for dealing with IT and business colleagues and suppliers at all levels.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Project Management tools and software, such as MS Project.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
