Role Overview:


As a Logistics Support Analysis Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the supportability and logistics analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and sustaining frameworks, plans, and processes essential for supportability and logistics support analysis on key programs.
  • Maintaining the Logistics Support Analysis Record and associated tools in collaborative environments.
  • Facilitating communication between engineering teams to ensure alignment on skills, processes, and tools necessary for effective supportability engineering.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during technical reviews and integration activities.
  • Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior supportability engineers.
  • Influencing the design and future maintenance of systems to ensure they are supportable in their operational context.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability principles.
  • Experience with various supportability engineering tools and methodologies on complex projects.
  • Familiarity with international and military standards related to supportability engineering.
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office and digital engineering tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
