Position: Logistics Support Analysis Lead Engineer

Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing and sustaining the frameworks, strategies, and methodologies necessary for the successful execution of supportability and logistics support analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will be essential to the GCAP & FCAS programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Logistics Support Analysis Record and associated tools in collaborative digital environments.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), representing the Supportability Engineering team in technical reviews, integration activities, and planning sessions.
  • Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers within the supportability team.
  • Influence the design and future maintenance of systems to ensure they are inherently supportable in their operational environments.
  • Lead a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability principles.
  • Experience with various Supportability engineering methodologies, including Logistics Support Analysis, Maintenance Task Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis, and Reliability Centred Maintenance.
  • Familiarity with international and military standards related to supportability engineering.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with digital engineering tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
