Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Flight and Travel Coordinator. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a passionate team and contribute to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for clients and sales teams
- Support the sales team with administrative duties, including data entry and maintenance
- Collaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Assist in producing travel documents and itineraries
- Work with multiple teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel bookings and flight systems
- Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
