Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our bedrooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the highest standards.
  • Work within the housekeeping team to ensure consistent and efficient work is carried out to operational standards.
  • Be aware of business needs and assist in the rostering of staff to meet demand.
  • Efficiently use housekeeping stock and cleaning materials and help to maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Assist with the checking and ordering of laundry ensuring consistency of the product.
  • Ensure excellent levels of cleanliness are maintained and any maintenance issues are reported promptly.
  • Ensure that you are aware of and comply with health & safety procedures.
  • Identify any training needs to Head Housekeeper.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
