We are seeking a skilled Building Officer to collaborate with our residents, coordinate planned works, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the bathroom and kitchen renewal process.

As a Building Officer, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with residents, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our projects. Your responsibilities will include visiting properties, communicating with residents, discussing opportunities, taking photos, and providing ongoing updates throughout the process.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-9 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with residents
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude to contribute to our collaborative team
