About the Role

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customers' workshops by delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, diagnose, and repair a variety of garage equipment, including lifts, MOT testing systems, air compressors, and wheel alignment equipment.
  • Provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Travel to customer sites, staying overnight when required, to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Background in a Service Engineering role, preferably with experience in garage equipment installation and repair.
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
