About the People Operations Coordinator Role:
This role encompasses a diverse array of global People support functions and transactional activities, ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies, data accuracy, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all employee lifecycle processes related to payroll and personnel, ensuring timely and precise execution in accordance with company protocols.
  • Delivering a professional service and serving as the first point of contact for managers and employees, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Ensuring that all documentation and data management practices comply with data protection regulations.
  • Participating in disciplinary, performance, grievance, and investigative meetings as a note-taker when necessary.
  • Assisting the broader People team in executing projects and initiatives as required.
  • Continuously enhancing HR knowledge, understanding, and application, along with commercial insight.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience in a comparable role is preferred.

  • Proficient in IT applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of quickly adapting to various systems and databases.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
