**Job Summary**

This is a part-time role, ideal for a veterinarian seeking a balance between work and personal life. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a culture of consistency and compliance within the division, championing best practices and exceptional clinical care. They will also be an advocate for external regulatory standards, monitoring and driving improvements across the division.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain a culture of compliance with internal policies and external regulatory bodies such as RCVS and BVA.
  • Own and chair divisional Quality Improvement Committees and engage in relevant clinical boards as needed.
  • Support clinics in delivering excellent client service and provide support to Regional Operations Directors in complaints handling.
  • Lead and coach teams to drive improvements and excellence in clinical care.
