We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health & Safety Senior Advisor to join our team at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on control measures
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety matters
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
