The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Senior Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, visitors, and contractors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on control measures to mitigate hazards.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify and address health and safety concerns.
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
