We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations network, you will play a critical role in driving improvements in safety and efficiency across our Fulfilment Centres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards and improve overall safety culture.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, near misses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety policies and procedures.
- Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level.
- Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
