About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations network, you will play a critical role in driving improvements in safety and efficiency across our Fulfilment Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards and improve overall safety culture.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, near misses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level.
  • Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
