About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services and contributing to the strategic development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to patients with mental health needs
  • Contribute to the development of our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team and broader services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and training to medical students and junior staff
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • MRCPsych or equivalent
  • Approved Clinician status
  • Experience in mental health services, preferably in a crisis resolution setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
