About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Project Manager to join our People team at We Are Adam. As an HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management element of our people programme, ensuring that HR projects are delivered on time and transitioned from project phase to business as usual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HR projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and successful transition to business as usual.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective use of company resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, team members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering HR transformation projects in complex, commercial, and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly numerate, with experience in data analysis and reporting, including Excel.
  • Ability to identify and report trends, and develop recommendations for improvement.
