Accounts Payable Clerk Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain accounts payable records, ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • IT literate with experience in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • High volume processing environment with good knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable function.
  • Ability to resolve and reconcile issues with limited supervision.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Desirable:
  • COINS finance system experience.
