Examiner - International Advanced Level - Mechanics

We are seeking a skilled Examiner to join our team to mark candidates' responses in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme for International Advanced Level Mechanics (2018 specification).
As an Examiner, you will be responsible for ensuring overall standards are maintained by marking accurately and consistently. You will also be required to submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times and ensure milestones for marking are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have one academic year's worth of teaching experience within the last 8 years and in the relevant qualification and subject. A degree or equivalent is also required.

Responsibilities include:
- Marking candidates' responses accurately and consistently
- Submitting samples to Team Leader at designated times
- Ensuring milestones for marking are adhered to
- Completing all administration as specified
Competencies required include:
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme
