Examiner - International Advanced Level

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Examiner to join our team in marking International Advanced Level Arabic papers. As an Examiner, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of marking, while adhering to the pre-defined mark scheme and examination procedures.
Responsibilities:- Marking of International Advanced Level Arabic papers in accordance with the mark scheme and examination procedures.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of marking.
- Submission of samples to the Team Leader at designated times.
- Adherence to milestones for marking.
- Completion of all administration as specified.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Be a qualified teacher, with qualifications obtained in the UK or overseas.
- Have a minimum of 5 months part-time teaching experience of the relevant qualification and subject, within the last 10 years, obtained within the UK.
- Consideration will be given to applicants without teaching experience, but with assessment experience with a recognised UK exam board, within the last 5 years, relevant to the qualification and subject being applied for.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of subject knowledge in order to apply the mark scheme.
