We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief People Officer. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Trust Board on all people and organisational development matters.
  • Coach and support the Chief Executive and executive colleagues.
  • Lead teams across our Organisation Development, Culture & Leadership, Resourcing and Systems, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Staff Engagement and Experience, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Occupational Health & Wellbeing, and Freedom to Speak Up functions.
  • Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at all levels and every opportunity.
  • Represent the Trust externally and establish effective networks and partnerships with other organisations to enable the Trust to constantly improve and learn from best practice.
