About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our residential care home, which caters to young adults aged 19 – 25 with specific needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development of personalized care plans aimed at enhancing life skills and promoting independence.
  • Providing support to young adults with diagnoses of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and severe learning difficulties.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
