The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Advisor to design and deliver innovative learning programs that drive business success. As a key member of our progressive L&D team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects aligned to our firm's strategy, including Diversity & Inclusion, Digital, Leadership, and Engagement.
About the Role
- Design and deliver soft skills and leadership programs, both face-to-face and virtually
- Work with diverse groups, taking a collaborative and facilitative approach
- Develop engaging digital content and adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of learners
- Contribute to key L&D projects to support the achievement of our strategic imperatives
- Utilize data to ensure a diverse and inclusive approach, and benchmark against best practice
Requirements
- Experience of designing and delivering a range of programs
- Understanding of how good learning can contribute to commercial success
- Excellent project management and technology skills
- Knowledge of psychometrics and their use in development
