Job Title: Team Leader - Children and Young People

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Early Help Team in Haringey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners to deliver excellent outcomes for families, children, and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and quality assure the delivery of early help assessments and outcome-focused support plans with families and other professionals.
  • Develop and establish the delivery of family support work and evidence-based interventions with children, young people, and families through group work and one-to-one support.
  • Provide professional expertise and guidance to Locality Managers and Senior Family Support Workers to set targets for Locality teams and individual team members.
  • Develop effective working relationships with other professionals, including managers in education, health, community safety, housing, and the voluntary and community sector.
  • Take a proactive approach to own professional development, making the most of opportunities to develop new skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Experience line managing practitioners to deliver excellent outcomes for families, children, and young people.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
