- Achieve productivity and sales budget KPIs set out by the Company
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client-focused service
- Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to Sales function and the role
- Perform your role with a positive, constructive, and professional attitude within a highly fast-paced team working environment
- Ensure all compliance regulation and legislation is adhered to where relevant
- Interact professionally with the Head of, Team Managers, and the various support teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High degree of self-motivation and desire to drive success
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards
- Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions
- Previous experience within a high-performing Sales environment, minimum 12-24 months required
- Previous experience in Financial Services environment would be advantageous, e.g., insurance, lending, business-to-business
- Computer literacy
- Eagerness to learn with a will to succeed
