About the Role

White Oak UK is a leading provider of loans and asset finance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with both direct and broker routes to market. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Direct Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering our products via superior customer service
  • Achieve productivity and sales budget KPIs set out by the Company
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client-focused service
  • Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to Sales function and the role
  • Perform your role with a positive, constructive, and professional attitude within a highly fast-paced team working environment
  • Ensure all compliance regulation and legislation is adhered to where relevant
  • Interact professionally with the Head of, Team Managers, and the various support teams
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • High degree of self-motivation and desire to drive success
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a high-performing Sales environment, minimum 12-24 months required
  • Previous experience in Financial Services environment would be advantageous, e.g., insurance, lending, business-to-business
  • Computer literacy
  • Eagerness to learn with a will to succeed
