Job Summary

As a Corporate Sustainability Manager at Reconomy, you will play a key role in driving the company's sustainability agenda forward. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our client base, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions to meet their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through sustainable solutions and identify new revenue streams
  • Provide monthly statistical data analysis to clients, including landfill diversion rates, spend, education and training support requirements, market knowledge, compliance updates and records, and service success
  • Maintain customer records and service details using our bespoke system, The Hub
  • Ensure delivery/induction/support plans are monitored and updated on a monthly basis
  • Make well-thought-out decisions with minimal guidance
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years' experience in account management within the waste industry
  • Demonstrable experience of upselling to a portfolio of accounts
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Delivered outstanding customer service in a previous role
  • Strategic and analytical focus to drive Reconomy forward
  • Ability to make strong business decisions and implement them effectively
  • Patience is a key attribute required to succeed in this role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Grade C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent

Working Arrangements
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Primarily working from home
  • Travel requirements: visiting customers nationally
