Job Title: Carer / Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Carer / Caregiver. As a Carer / Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Be a kind, caring person with great listening skills, empathy, and a loving personality.
  • Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience in care is essential, although we provide extensive training to prepare you for the role.
  • Speak clear English.

What We Offer:

  • Excellent pay rates, from £11.50 an hour, £13.50 an hour at weekends, plus paid travel time.
  • Paid mileage allowance (35p a mile).
  • Company mobile telephone.
  • Annual pay increase of 5%.
  • Carer reward programme.
  • Full training, further education, and development plan, NVQ sponsorship, and more.
