Job Title: Carer / Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Carer / Caregiver. As a Carer / Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  2. Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  3. Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  4. Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  5. Maintain accurate records of client care and support

Requirements:

  • Be a kind, caring person with great listening skills, empathy, and a loving personality
  • Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Previous experience in care is essential, although we provide extensive training to prepare you for the role
  • Speak clear English

What We Offer:

  • Excellent pay rates, from £11.50 an hour, £13.50 an hour at weekends, plus paid travel time
  • Paid mileage allowance (35p a mile)
