Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering stock from suppliers and managing inventory levels
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
- Creating orders on the system and dispatching orders daily
- Liaising with engineers to keep track of stock levels and ensuring smooth operations
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure all tasks are on schedule and assist when necessary
Requirements:
- Competent Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive and able to take the initiative
