About the Role

We are seeking an experienced TechOps Team Lead to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our TechOps team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our technical infrastructure, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the TechOps team in delivering high-quality technical services to our customers
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services
  • Manage and prioritize technical projects to meet business objectives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity
