Candidate Qualifications:

  • Lead property manager for a single client managing a regional portfolio of approximately 8-10 properties, including residential, leisure, and retail sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of budget formulation, cost management, and service charge administration
  • Understanding of building structures, mechanical and electrical installations, and contract oversight
  • Familiarity with lease renewals, rent adjustments, and property transactions
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and written communication skills
  • Ability to produce clear, concise reports with well-supported conclusions and recommendations
  • Driven by targets and capable of working efficiently
  • Preferably RICS qualified
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Proficient in property management software
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property management

The hiring manager is open to candidates ranging from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor levels and welcomes individuals who possess the ambition to excel in a new role. The character of the candidate is of utmost importance.
