Position Overview

Real Estate Legal Advisor

As a prominent firm in the legal sector, we pride ourselves on our strong professional relationships and our commitment to outstanding client service.

The Commercial Property division represents a diverse array of clients, both local and national, engaging in a wide variety of commercial and residential property dealings.

Ideal candidates will possess substantial experience and a proven track record in managing commercial property matters, including transactions related to sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relations, financing, and residential conveyancing. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience is preferred, although applications from newly qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. Candidates must exhibit robust technical expertise, exceptional client service skills, and excellent communication abilities.

This position is vital within a highly skilled, specialized team, and we seek individuals who bring enthusiasm and determination to manage a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary up to £60,000.00, commensurate with experience
