About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join our award-winning Real Estate team in Liverpool. As a key member of the team, you will work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including investment, sales, and acquisitions, project due diligence, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle multi-million pound transactions and advise large investors in various traditional and alternative real estate sectors.
  • Work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including investment, sales, and acquisitions, project due diligence, and asset management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the commercial property industry.
Requirements
  • Trained in a recognised real estate department of a major or medium-sized firm.
  • Genuine interest in the commercial property industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid academic background.
  • Commitment to business development and client relationship management.
  • Commercially oriented with good business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
