About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join our award-winning Real Estate team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including investment, sales and acquisitions, project due diligence, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle multi-million pound transactions and advise some of the largest investors in the country across various traditional and alternative real estate sectors.
  • Work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including investment, sales and acquisitions, project due diligence, and asset management.
  • Regularly handle complex and high-value transactions, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Trained in a recognised real estate department of a major or medium-sized firm.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in the commercial property industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, a solid academic background, and a commitment to business development and client relationship management.
  • Commercially oriented, with good business acumen and a willingness to embrace new ways of working, including the use of technology and AI tools.
