About the Role:

This position is part of our leading Institutional division, which delivers comprehensive chemical solutions tailored to the foodservice and hospitality sectors. Following an initial training program, you will manage a designated territory of clients, both on land and offshore. You will represent Ecolab, offering expert advice on advanced cleaning and sanitation methods that enhance guest satisfaction and promote safer, healthier environments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales within an established territory of food service and hospitality clients by providing training, regular service, and sales demonstrations
  • Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Engage with potential clients to secure new business, enhancing Ecolab's presence in your market
  • Understand clients' ware washing and laundry systems, providing tailored solutions as their expert in cleaning and sanitation
  • Utilize your mechanical skills to install, repair, and maintain ware washing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, strengthening customer relationships
  • Ensure safe equipment operation, guaranteeing that client facilities are fully functional and staff are adequately trained

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outside sales
  • Availability for on-call duties during off-hours and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • No immigration sponsorship available
  • Experience in mechanical problem-solving (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in business-to-business sales
  • Relevant experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality
