We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP Stocken, a category C prison located in Oakham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received whilst promoting safe patient care
  • Be willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery

Requirements:
