Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at the Transformation Unit.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Accident and Emergency department, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting professional development and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Relevant nursing qualifications and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
