We are seeking a visionary Registered Manager to spearhead the continued growth and expansion of our client's esteemed Homecare and Live-in Care business, serving the Lancaster and surrounding Lancashire areas.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a family-owned business dedicated to delivering an exceptionally high-quality Homecare and Live-in Care service, while also driving innovation and improvement in service levels.

As a key member of our team, you will take ownership and responsibility for leading the service from its current Good CQC rating to an Outstanding rating, ensuring a solid foundation for the business to grow from its current 600 hours of Domiciliary Care per week.

You will lead and develop the existing Staff team (10 Office staff and 60 Care staff), fostering a cohesive unit that works together to achieve the vision of an Outstanding CQC Service. This will not only bring the prestige of an Outstanding rating but also ensure that every client receives the highest standard of care consistently, delivered by an exceptional care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion
  • Manage and develop the existing Staff team
  • Ensure high-quality care delivery and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business innovation and improvement
